Enforcement
Violation of these responsibilities may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of membership without refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
7. Safety and Waivers
Your safety is our priority, but physical exercise involves inherent risks.
Assumption of Risk
By participating in our services, you acknowledge and assume the risks associated with physical exercise, including but not limited to:
- Muscle strains, sprains, or other soft tissue injuries
- Equipment-related injuries
- Cardiovascular events

Waiver and Release

Fitness to Participate

Emergency Procedures

8. Facility Use Rules
Access and Security
- Access is restricted to registered members during operational hours
- No access outside of scheduled class times without supervision
- Security cameras operate throughout the facility for safety
- Lost or damaged access cards incur replacement fees
Equipment Usage
- Equipment use is limited to supervised sessions only
- Report any equipment damage or malfunction immediately
- Clean equipment after use with provided sanitizing supplies
- Do not adjust or modify equipment settings without instructor approval
Facility Maintenance
- Help maintain cleanliness by disposing of trash properly
- Return all equipment to designated areas after use
- Report any facility issues or safety hazards promptly

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Class Cancellations
- Group Classes: 24-hour notice required for full credit
- Private Sessions: 48-hour notice required for full credit
- Late Cancellations: May forfeit class or incur cancellation fees
- No-Shows: Result in forfeiture of class credit
Membership Cancellations
- Monthly memberships require 30 days written notice
- Annual memberships may be subject to early termination fees
- Unused classes may be eligible for pro-rated refunds
- Processing fees may apply to refunds
Our Cancellations

Make-up Policy
